Technology Highlights

  • Vehicle wheel chock is more versatile and adaptable to securely hold in place multiple types of vehicles (e.g. motorcycles, lawn mowers, tractors, bicycles), including multiple types of recreational vehicles.
  • The vehicle wheel chock includes an E-track mounting attachment piece attached to the frame of the vehicle wheel chock that acts as quick, removable connection point to quickly fasten or unfasten from an existing E-track.
  • The E-track mounting attachment piece includes the proper design as well as one or more fasteners that allow the E-track mounting attachment piece of the wheel chock to quickly and easily attach to one or more slots of an E-track without raising the vehicle tire or the vehicle held by the wheel chock over the E-track.
  • The vehicle remains positioned in an upright position behind the E-track with all tires generally flat on the floor surface (i.e. not raised or angled). This enables vehicle to remain more stable when in storage and/or during transport.
  • Enables wheel chock to accommodate different sized tires for different types of vehicles.
  • Useful for storage purposes or while transporting the vehicle from one place to another.
  • Enables attaching multiple different attachments to the same wheel vehicle chock, allowing for quick and secure swapping of interchangeable attachments to accommodate different vehicles.
  • The design of the key slot of wheel chock advantageously prevents a buildup of dirt, debris, or other undesirable elements that may be found in a trailer or other location where the vehicle is kept for storage and/or transport that may hinder or prohibit a quick and secure attachment of the components of the vehicle wheel chock to the key slot.
  • Enables vehicle wheel chock to be made from a strong metal such as galvanized, stainless, or regular steel. Other types of metals may alternatively be used, including but not limited to aluminum.
  • Vehicle wheel chock can be mounted to a surface of any type of trailer, whether open or closed and in any location at all including in garages, warehouses, stores, and kept inside or outside in an outdoors environment.
  • Enables wheel chock to accommodate multiple types of vehicles and the differences in sizes among front tires for different types of vehicles.
